Hi all, I'm back. I did manage to navigate the site, and found some more great fics. I got so engrossed in reading that I forgot to come back here. Anyway, here is some more useless info about me. I don't have a lot of (human) friends, but I love books. Books are my friends. I pick the right book for the "warm fuzzies" or "comfort food". I also discovered that when I find a particular character that I really like I am lost when the book ends. So now I try to find books that are a series. Weird, but that's me. Not very deep books, Sue Grafton, Charlaine Harris (Sookie series), Patricia Cornwell, that sort of thing. I always buy books so I can pull them out as needed and re-read them. I re-read fics, too. I have read the Only Time series by Xie many times, and Vamphiles' series, too. So, that's my weird quirk. Now back to reading. I added a link to the asylums page so I can find it when searching. Also got the icon up, but it clashes with the background. Will have to work on that. Bye for now.

Well, I am here. Still working on navigating the site, but I have figured out how to friend people (thanks all). A little about me. Spent the past several years as a Child Protective Investigator until I "crashed and burned". I took early retirement and spent the next year trying to recover. Not there yet, but Brian and Justin certainly helped. I love fanfiction. I have the entire set of dvd's for the show but haven't watched them all yet. I am kind of afraid to after reading all the fiction and comments. I need "happily ever after" a lot right now and I get that from fanfic. Stupid, maybe, but that is where I am at this point. I don't have the talent to write and admire those that do. So I won't be adding fic's but I will be commenting. My new goal is to add an icon. I understand I have to upload, then download to site. Where do I upload to??? Sorry, I'm such a dork. Any help apprediated.
